Annie,..i was thinking of you and your loss of Cinders for some time after you posted and thinking no words could express how you were feeling,..then i went through the loss of Tux,..one never knows what is just around the corner,..i hope you are faring well.
I had one cat that was just listless,..lay it on a cushion watched it fall asleep then went to bed,..next morning it was lying on the cushion looking at me i presumed,..when i went over to it i discovered it had died,..with eyes still open and head resting on its paws,..at least it didn't die in pain but relaxed,..it was still a shock but i was consoled.
