BALI WATERCOLOR is perfectly hardy in my Zone 4b garden, and increases moderately well. It is EM here, starting a week or two before full peak season. I haven't measured it, but it's shorter than 35" here, and I don't get anything like the 7 branches and 35 buds in the stats, but it performs as well as many other large-flowered dls. The flowers are large and uniquely pretty - everyone loves it.
This is one I would expect to keep for many years. I don't have a very good pic of it, but I'm posting what I have.
