I'll add a little to what wildflowers explained. The system maintains your entire seed list for you, whether you have made them available to trade or not, or if you have some of them marked available for different swaps at the same time. Instead of clicking on 'access the full tradelist' at the top of your main swap page for this swap you could click at the bottom of the Seed Swaps home page
http://garden.org/apps/swap/ and click on the "check out everyone else's list" link (or manage your own list only). There you will see everybody who has started a seed swap database whether they are engaged in a swap now or not. You can see everything in their inventory that is not marked private, even though you cannot request any seeds unless that person is in the same swap you are and has designated seeds to that particular swap. Yours is there too. I have entered seeds that I marked private because I may not get around to preparing them and I don't want people to think they will be available. Those don't show up in any list.
I hope I did not confuse you more.
