Well I think I do not get a growing light than. After all they are not cheap, and if it does not make to big a difference it is a waste of money. Next year I can not even use it anymore. They are in a south facing window. So when the sun is there they get sunlight. In the evening they get light from the lamp. They grow well. They do make new leaves. I guess you got a lot of green stems as well with all the seedlings you did grow?
