Willeke,
The Sunblaster T5 High Output Florescents that I have are Full Spectrum. I have 4 light that are 2 feet in length. I only use them in the winter, if I have seedlings that have been started in the fall.
They are very good on low hydro consumption.
Had looked getting a LED light, but have the initial outlay of funds on the lights I have. Not sold completely on the LED's, although many have very good results w them.

The plants definitely perform and grow with good old natural sunlight in summer.
