Willeke, I know little about adenium, since I am only now growing my first ones from seed, but I do know a bit about lighting. I have pretty much used all the fluorescents, from T-12, T-8, T-5, and now T-5HO. I also have a half dozen LED fixtures. The HO fixture will generate far greater lumens than the LED.
