I can't imagine a 6-foot tall pepper plant -- mine get to around 3 feet and I think that's pretty amazing! How long does it take them to get that tall?

You are seeing the plants from the side. I put them in rows, but two pots side by side in each row to save space. Each row has a spacing of 3 1\2 feet between the edges of the pots, which as they get wider, I have a couple of feet to move in between. Ghost pepper plants can get that tall in one long season if you put them in a good sized pot, like a 7 gallon. Most take 2 years to get that tall. I still have some ghost pepper plants that are 5 years old now. Most of the plants in that picture are 3 years old.
