This is an Alocasia. The leaves are upright, not bent down like Jack's Giant. The mid-rib and veins are very prominent as well. The three most readily available large peltate leaved Alocasia it might be are A. odora, A. x calidora and A. gageana. I can't tell which but @LariAnn might.
