Must mention Jim Murphy's fabulous 'Celebrating Gold' here! It has a very long bloom period ( starts rather late, usually around the end of July here) but blooms for about 6 weeks. Fabulous garden plant with tall, sturdy scapes, super bud count, and the color stands out across the garden. It is also a vigorous increaser in this climate - but it was hybridized about 2 hours from here. Probably wouldn't do as well in the deep south but should do well across many parts of the country. One of my favorites!
