I LOVE fish (I'm of Scot/German/Irish descent). The ONLY fish I can't eat is shad roe and lutefisk if it's not prepared perfectly.

Yea, the Tuna Casserole..... once I made one for my roommates. All mixed made up ready to bake... got a call from a guy who wanted to go to dinner..... I put the casserole in the freezer for another day. Took it out to defrost about two weeks later... baked, tossed.... now THAT was beyond disgusting.
“Don't give up too quickly"... unknown, I heard it somewhere.
