I need to learn how to send these articles through as a whole. It is missing pictures and some of written material.
I use the charcoal in my orchid and Hoya mix. Started putting a small amount in my mix for larger Adeniums, just to see how they respond.

We can burn outside also, Kadie. It is in the city that they cannot here.
Interesting on another note, how many seeds require fire or smoke to scarifying the seeds. Could also be the ash which helps? In California when they have a brush fire. It is there that the Matilja poppy (Romneya coulteri) grows. Also in cultivation.
