Cheryl yes you can use those containers for ws'ing. I use coke bottles, milk jugs, anything that the sun can get through. No dark bottles. They tend to create problems. When I run out of those things by march, I will ws in the flats with saran wrap and popsicle sticks. I have a child's swimming pool that blew in our yard. If needed, I'll use that as well.

About the hot peppers... my hubby loves them! I traded for chocolate bhut jalokia a couple of weeks ago. Planting. I can't take anything hotter than a Serrano but for some reason I love growing and canning them. I think I have 8 or 10 different peppers to plant this year. Your cayenne, Thai and a couple more I got from you are in that list. My son and hubby eat peppers on everything so I chop and freeze, pickle, and make hot sauce. No pepper is wasted, lol. I plant at least 70 pepper plants every year.

I will also plant things just for seeds and sharing. Last year my pitiful flower gardens were nothing more than seed banks. My hubby and neighbors thought I was crazy but those few plants that survived the rain and eventually went to seed gave me my start in swapping. Not alot, but it was a start. I've been sent things that I don't care for and there is only a couple of seeds. I suppose I just think who knows? I may just fall in love with it. If not, seed swapping here I come, lol.
