I have a bit of a Snow-Frost-Ice theme going on my garden. DH is an Ice Scientist - specialty mechanical properties of ice. Practical applications in things like consulting on the Confederation Bridge when it was built as to how strong it had to be built to withstand winter ice conditions.

I presently have 10 such hostas -
‘Blue Ice’
‘First Frost’
‘Frosted Dimples’
‘Frosted Mouse Ears’
‘Ice Age Trail’
‘Ice Cream’
‘Korean Snow’
‘Lemon Frost’
‘Peppermint Ice’
‘Summer Snow’

Use to have ‘Mountain Snow’, but it developed HVX a few years back. I won't replace it as it was a bonus plant - they sent it to me instead of something else I ordered and it will eventually get too large for my garden.

Also have several of the "Mice" plus 'Country Mouse' of a different family. I group them all together in a planter.

I also have hostas that I've bought with family names, but I caution you to check them out carefully before buying. If you don't like them, you're stuck with them. OTOH, you can't always tell from registration data. I bought 'Sara' and it was designated medium and it's getting to be one of the largest hostas in my garden. Fortunately, I like it. I don't like 'Karin' as well because it's so extremely cupped. (My two daughters' names)
