To answer your letter, we've eaten rice 2 or 3 times a week, mostly Hoppin John, & added cooked rice to the dogs' food. We still have about a fourth of a bag left. I don't think I'll buy a 10 pound bag ever again. The pilaf I made turned out great but its still too soon to talk about the rice pudding. Just kidding. It was disgusting. I used splenda & it turned out waaay too sweet. I will never ever try to make it again.
