Great Karen! I had to guess, and guessed "spinach". I have a few other kinds of spinach that I didn't list in the swap because I "only" have 2-3 packets. But if I still have 2 packets of something next year, and you still have an interest in smaller packets of vegetables and greens, some will go into the swap.
'Piccolo' Spinach F1- Spinacia oleracea 'Piccolo'
"Vigorous and high yielding". Large, dark green, upright plant. Long tender stems. Cold tolerant. Slow bolting. Resists Downy Mildew Pfs 1-12. Tainong Seeds 2015
'Bou Cai' Spinach F1 Heat tolerant. Resists Mosaic and Downy mildew.
Large dark green upright plant. Long tender stems. Big, slightly pointed leaves. Tainong Seeds 2015
These are probably all gone and/or too old:
"Oriental Spinach" Spinacia oleracea F1 HYBRID Big, dark green, slightly pointed "arrowhead" leaves. Long tender stems.
Tolerates heat, Mosaic and Downy mildew. Thiram. Tainong 2011
I probably sent these:
Spinach, Winter Giant 'Gigante d'Inverno'
Spinach 'Monstrueux de Viroflay'
I probably sent more Bok Choy than you will grow in the foreseeable future. But you can always sow them thickly in very early spring and cut them after 2-3 weeks when they have just a few pairs of leaves, as a garnish or baby greens to decorate a salad. You can even do that indoors in a shallow tray, in mid-winter.
