I get that here also , some summers barely over 80 degrees like the one past season , Other times summer will go over 100 degrees barely under 80 degrees ,
Hot seasons they look like a wax plant standing nearly 6ft , cooler times they barely grow maybe 3 ft tall ,, Roll the dice ..
Sometimes I am growing to much to play the grow garden guessing game , However it happens anyway
