I missed some good chat here ,,
I had a seed from May 2015 germinate and start to grow this past week , two of the Kale or Brussel sprout seeds I left in a mini greenhouse the seeds were .

Neither lived past yesterday ,, no place to put them ,, drat ..
proving the old viability argument about why not ?
In the Butterfly garden if a plant is not chewed up I feel like a failure
