It certainly looks like Prunus, the closest I have found is Prunus incisa 'Mikinori'.

The flowers on your tree come directly from a stub on the branch, the flowers I linked to appear to hang from a stem. Apricot flowers come from a stub, where do you live? I have a cold climate Apricot tree, the fruits are only suitable for jam or cooking.
