I agree with Daisy -- I would go ahead and plant it; my grape vines (which are just a few years old) have died back to the ground the past two winters and still managed to spring back. I'm hoping this year (which has been much milder for us) will help them finally get a good start!
By the way, where are you located? It would be helpful if you would go into your "profile" page and add that info so that it shows up on the right-hand side of your posts
