I've always used Seal Krete http://www.sealkrete.com/origi... but not crazy about the glossy finish. After checking out Behr's site it looks like they have a "low lustre" product that I might be happier with for my projects. 
I've been applying the Seal Krete and then spraying with Krylon Flat Finish - not only will this save me a step but will probably save me some money too!
