I have a question about this Iris that came from my gmother and gfather's garden, back in the mid 70's when my gmother passed. It started out more of a muted lavender and every year it is more of a violet color. It is interesting to see photos of them from friends I have shared with, they're all different colors
I have tried googling the color change but have only found info saying they don't change colors.
I know that to be false
Any ideas? I am looking thru cd's of older garden photos to find original pix before I post the latest
Thanks for any info
Gardening is learning, learning, learning. That's the fun of them.
You're always learning !
