I can't help with the ID (it's basically impossible to ID anything from seed leaves in my experience) but cacti and succulents enjoy consistently high moisture when they are that age, so that feature is not going to help. I leave some cacti which make tiny seeds covered with plastic for months before they are ready for fluctuations in humidity in the "real world".
