If you read the comments, you will see that Connie Hartwood has gotten involved. She is the manager of the historic rose collection at Hollywood Cemetery in Richmond, Virginia, which has been listed on the National Register for decades and can debunk a lot of the arguments that the changes are mandated due to the designation of the Sacramento Cemetery as a historic site.
I'd rather weed than dust ... the weeds stay gone longer.
