Background history:

'Clouds of Kisses' is a semi-evergreen diploid introduced in 2001 by Greg McMullen. Greg did his hybridizing at Watson Park Daylilies in Indianapolis, Indiana. No further information is available. (His website no longer exists.)

Cloud of Kisses is a mid-season bloomer with possible rebloom. It is pod and pollen fertile with 1 registered child: http://garden.org/plants/paren...
