I love that "tomato soup" echinacea - it certainly appears to be exactly the right color for the name!

Finally -- the weather is a little cooler here today; we set a record high for the date here on Thursday, I think the official temp was 90 but we had 95 on our outdoor thermometer. Need an emoticon for "wilting" !! Not too much has been getting done around here this week, other than early in the morning -- but the garden has definitely been growing, so it's not all bad. My day lilies are finally starting to bloom!
