I am soooooo glad I did my exercises before I went to haul mulch material home. After I got it unloaded from the car, I wondered if I could even find the energy to haul MYSELF up the stairs.
After some lunch and a break, I was fine and out in the garden again. It was just such a beautiful day, I couldn't stay inside.
