It will be back to my sister's restaurant today to scrape more grease. I said I'd bring lunch. I want to make grilled cheese sammies on her grill (or broiler..........). I'm also going to play with her oven again and make a pie. Maybe 2, if I made enough filling. LOL I'll make them up here at home and bake there. Hard to find a surface large enough to do anything like roll out a crust; there is so much equipment on the tables. I'll be glad when the shelves they had to take down can be put back up and some of this "dis-array" can be put back to rights.
