Just wondering, has anyone calculated the actual $$ value of the gardens and the value it provides to the city? Availability, size of plant, length of growing time to achieve current state, amount of hours tended, the value the volunteers bring to the table and how much savings they provide to the city, tourism provided to city and local businesses etc? Bring together the history of the cemetery and the roses and the two seem inseparable and of high value to the city. Facts. Lots of facts.
