I wonder if this video is of blooms in 2016? Be sure and check out the photos following the video. I'm skeptical that roses are doing the kind of damage the fellow in the video describes. Ivy or vines that attach might do what he describes, but I doubt roses would. The visible damage to the monuments seen in the video and photos is clearly vandal damage - probably from when the cemetery was neglected in years past.
