Copyright infringement is an act of theft. Selling ANYTHING based upon a picture of someone else's product is an act of fraud on the consumer. If those pictures still contain the ATP copyright with the actual photographers names on them it could come back on you and ATP, if anybody spent enough money to make it worthwhile. I would advise NOT being nice about this, especially after receiving the "chill ..... out" messages. Her sob story is most likely completely false - she's probably in her 20s. Yeah, call me cynical, or experienced, or realistic - take your pick. Please report every instance of this theft as soon as it occurs, or as soon as you find out about it and don't try to be nice to someone who is a thief and a fraud.
