Hmmmm. I hadn't realized there was that much difference there. When we were living in CoCo, the rainfall was about 20 and we also had a well. When we were looking for property around Mendo and Ft Bragg, Brookings, I knew the rainfall was a lot, but we were also looking at property in Occidental, Guerneville, etc. and I hadn't known the rainfall there was that much more....that's wonderful. What a difference that makes. When we were moving back from Whidbey, we were intending to go to Santa Rosa and the day we hit there it was raining. After 3 years of rain in the PNW, it just didn't appeal to me and we kept heading South. I'm sorry that we didn't stay with our intentions of Santa Rosa. Our average rainfall here is about 9 inches.
I could be wrong...
and.....
