I am keeping better records of that this year, and it depends a lot of how far advanced the scape is when I finally discover it. For some with small blooms that develop really fast it has only been a few days. Others have been a few weeks, but I will know more after this season about how long it takes, I am thinking along the lines of three to five weeks...some may be longer.
