"The central feature of the topiary garden is a large working clock, 25 feet in diameter, that dates from 1955. The clock was originally planted with cacti and other succulents that were replaced over time with colored gravel. The clock was renovated in 1998, and the clock face now features three different low-growing succulents and copper zodiac signs that were crafted to replicate earlier ones."
