I don't know why you are seeing it that way, Janet. The photo looks normal to me. I see almost the whole plant laying on a newspaper. The language appears to be Croatian. There seems to be seed heads of the fluffy type, kind of like dandelions if you know what I mean but probably much smaller and each held closer in to each other. I know, still not a lot of information to help identify it.
