Welcome Welcome! Very fragrant narrows it down a bit, so does having only four petals. Is this growing in a garden, or wild? Would you be able to post a picture of the whole plant?

The closest I can think of so far, since the flower doesn't quite fit mock orange, is a Daphne of some kind.
