I was told by our "hibiscus man" that now, at least here in Florida, is the time to trim back your hibiscus. It promotes bigger and better blooms come November. Since my Tahitian Orange Garnet was having a problem with thrips, I gave it a good cutting before the systemic treatment. I also gave the Sunny Wind a dramatic trim as it had really grown out of control. Sunny Wind is already blooming again, that one just never stops! The Tahitian Orange Garnet is showing new growth and I am just waiting for new buds. Smiling
