What are you meaning by "buld"? If that is supposed to be bud, you do not plant the buds. I am assuming that is what you meant, because you followed it up with I planted it two weeks ago and am not seeing any results".
So if you did actually plant the buds, you will see no results. Daylilies can be grown from mature seed, or from divisions of plants, but not from buds.
