Frank, you still haven't said if the tree is natural or planted? or if it has grown that way naturally or been cut off and regrown? If that is the case, then the shape is not what it really should be. When cutting a tree off, they often sprout like crazy from the stump and regrow albeit in a shape that it otherwise would not have.
