I live in 7b near Rome. My Pop lived in Decatur. We both brought our Bougainvillea and Mandevillas inside the garage for the winter. We cut them back 1/3 and lightly watered them over winter. They come back beautifully in the Spring but his rule was to never bring it outside until after Easter. Terri
