Yes, I have been very fortunate this year. I hope it lasts. Hail can be horribly damaging to plants, property and animals. My uncle used to have a peach orchard and it got a hail storm so bad it stripped all the bark off the trees. They died except for a few that put out sucker growth, but since it was all grafted stock those that suckered were pulled out along with all the other stumps. For years you could still see the dead growth in the tops of the oaks trees where the bark had been peeled away.
