Okay, it just happened to me. I was trying to view the first picture in this post:

It would not open. I tried opening the second pic and it opened right away. I tried four or five more times and couldn't get the first one to open. I then tried hitting the "refresh" button on Chrome, and then the first picture opened right up. Don't know if this is helpful, but I wanted to let you know.
