Your lovely plant is definitely the Arrowhead Vine (Syngonium podophyllum) and it appears to be one of the Allusion series, possibly Arrowhead Vine (Syngonium podophyllum 'Berry Allusion')
I mixed abit of ash soil with the potting mix.. and it really took off.. both colorwise and leafwise.. the roots are nice and thick on this plant. I got it at Walmart ( exotic angel houseplants) I would also like to try a CROTON but not sure how hardy they are?
