This will be the third year here for 'Galaxy Explosion'. It has been an easy to grow plant with reliable bloom and considerable increase. I've had rebloom both years and last year it did some bud building as well. The color of the blooms can be a bit variable depending on how hot and sunny the conditions are. It has faded out some when the heat is high and there is lots of sun, so rebloom hasn't been as attractive as the earlier flush of bloom. My heat and sun in 'almost west Texas' is more harsh than some areas and 'GE' tolerates a lot of it before it begins to fade. As stated, it was readily pod and pollen fertile. It's a good plant with a different look, but the blooms are relatively small, so if you have a strong preference for large blooms it might not be the best choice. Note that mine is growing in a large container.
