One of the more interesting animals that got dumped out here in the country was someone's pet deer. He had reached the point of not being safe. He wanted to follow you everywhere, including into the house. You couldn't move anywhere outside without him being underfoot. For a few days I was captive in my own home. I only went outside when I couldn't see him out the windows. Finally, he just wasn't around anymore.
