Kim that's going to be a tough one - there are hundreds and possibly thousands of varieties of Hosta. A plain green one with corded leaves might be a very old one. Breeders have been breeding for colors, size and leaf shape for years and years.
If you could post another picture when the flowers open, that will be helpful. If you possibly could put a ruler or something else in the picture for size reference, both the size of the leaves and the height of the flowers also will help narrow it down. The color of the flowers is also a hint, although chances are they will be light mauve.
