I think you meant to say Flore Pleno instead of Regal Final... see how plants can get mislabeled.
I went out in the garden today and took some photos:
The blooms on these plants look so similar I can't tell them apart. I have others in another bed that also look like this but they are only around 12-14 inches tall. The tall looking ones in the photo are about four feet, the others range from about two to three feet tall.The coloration is more alike in real life.
Are these Kwanso, Flore Pleno, or just something similar...I don't know.
