Hi, I am fairly new to plumeria and here in Tampa Bay, FL area and we are about to get hit with a tropical storm. all my Plumeria are potted, I am bringing in my cuttings that are still in the rooting process to keep them dry, but can the rooted plants stay outside or should I bring them in? I don't know how much water they can take and don't want to drown them, a few were just potted this week. It is very humid here lately so they won't be drying quickly.

also, how can I tell when the cuttings are rooted enough to handle the weather more? they are all growing nice leaves, approximately 6 weeks old.
