How often do you water your plant? That is one of the indicators for curling and/or thin leaves.

Is your plant kept inside or outside? A lack of good lighting can cause the leaves to "stretch" toward the sun.

The "holes" may be insect damage, but need to know where the plant lives to be of more help. It does look very dry, though.
