Here is a good potato recipe for you all !! Baby red potatoes, 1 stick of butter,Garlic powder,Parmesan cheese..Slice the baby reds in half ,melt the butter(I use the microwave). Pour the butter in a casserole dish and move the butter around the entire bottom of the dish ...Sprinkle the butter with garlic powder as desired..Then Parmesan Cheese as desired... Place the cut side of the baby reds down in the buttery concoction until you fill the bottom of the dish...Cook at 350 for 1 hr....Enjoy !!
