Is this daylile associated with All American Daylilies? IF so, they are notorious for slapping their own names on registered cultivars and selling them as 'theirs'. Now maybe they have the hybridizers permission to do that? I don't know, but this is most likely 'someone else' who is registered, and then renamed Lady Elizabeth for their 'trademark' to sell.
